The staff at this particular Pet Valu are always so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked with what I'm looking for and the location is convenient. I find all the staff at virtually each Pet Valu I visit to be polite, helpful and genuinely caring about animals. They take pride in the products they offer, especially the high quality goods. We acquired our latest pets, three rescue cats, through their placement program and we couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, kind and,most importantly ethical. Very nice job!

I have tried a few subscription dog food boxes and have found that after a few weeks my fussy little hound would stop eating them. This has not been the case with NutriCanine fresh dog food. Molly loved the food and they are always improving the recipes and adding new flavours and products. I can honestly say that this has been the best subscription I have tried! The customer service is 2nd to none too .. if you need to make a change to your date or amount of food to be shipped they just do it.
