The staff at this particular Pet Valu are always so pleasant and helpful. The store is clean and always stocked with what I'm looking for and the location is convenient. I was recently in asking about a particular issue we have with our puppy and the staff offered advice and even called for a second opinion.

I find all the staff at virtually each Pet Valu I visit to be polite, helpful and genuinely caring about animals. They take pride in the products they offer, especially the high quality goods. We acquired our latest pets, three rescue cats, through their placement program and we couldn’t be happier. They were helpful, kind and,most importantly ethical. Very nice job!

I’ve been using Pet Mama’s free delivery service for a few months now, and honestly, it’s been such a relief. No more lugging around big bags of pet food! I have used this location for shopping, grooming, Petshotel and Doggie Day Camp and I can't say enough about the staff here. They are helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their jobs and the animals that they care for. When Shelby sees the big neon sign, she goes out of her mind with happiness. Her trips to the grooming salon always leave her looking great and feeling fabulous. Love this location!
