Taj came and took out old vandalized door frame, door and closer. He had excellent knowledge and had to problem solve at times but he knew what he was doing. In addition, he installed a cross member to strengthen the frame and make the closing hardware secure when closed. Closer works great and the door closes / locks on its own.
