Vartan represented me in September of 2016 with 4 very heavy traffic tickets. I am a licensed paralegal as well. I could not believe the ease with which he resolved my serious problem. I had never had a ticket in 22 years; and all of a sudden I was charged with 4 different crazy offences. He gave me zero stress and assured me it would all be alright; and it was.
