I've eaten in Many South Asian restaurants over the years, having lived in Vancouver and Toronto. This is one of the best South Asian restaurants, and definitely in my top 3 that I've eaten in (out of poss. 10-15). Their Chicken Korma is the best I've ever had, & other dishes worth mentioning is veggie curry, and their madras (chicken). Their lamb curry is also excellent. They use fresh ingredients, and you might pay a little more then say a "buffet" style in Toronto (ie 10.99 for all you can eat), but here's why : the chicken for example is white meat/chicken breast. That means a Big difference in costs, where many buffet style places & other cheap eats, ie in Toronto may use thighs etc. Know when you are comparing apples to apples. Staff are friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place. Good, reasonable lunch specials during the week from 7.99 (veggie curry). Enjoy!

Best of the Best, Taj hits the spot!! We have take out each time and the delivery is exceptionally fast. Food is packed perfectly and very clean. One bad weather night, we got a craving for Taj food. On this night they were not delivering. I spoke with Karan who always takes care of me! and explained our problem. KARAN ACTUALLY BORROWED A CAR TO DELIVER OUR FOOD!!!! Consistently impressive Indian buffet. Always fresh and fantastic. My grandmother lives close by and we always go out to eat at this restaurant. I even had my graduation lunch here after I finished university. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful, restaurant is fabulously decorated. The owner is lovely and most of the servers have been there since I can remember; always smiling and on the ball, providing endless water and excellent service. The veggie korma is my absolute favourite ever.
