Une merveille cette petite entreprise familiale qui est là de puis 3 générations. Ils ont de tout. Ça faisait deux semaines que j'essayais de trouver un "cap lock" pour fixer la roue de ma tondeuse. Ils ont non seulement trouvé ce qu'il me fallait, mais il l'ont installé sur ma tondeuse. C'est fini pour moi d'aller dans ces grands magasins où on est obligé de courir après les vendeurs pour avoir du service. À la Quincaillerie Lavoie, les gens sont accueillant et donnent un service hors du commun

I bought a wheelbarrow at Home Depot. We spent a long time trying to decipher the instructions which were not very well explained or shown. The rod for the wheel axle did not fit into the wheel so we had to haul the whole thing partly assembled back to the store in Greenfield Park. The workers at the store were VERY helpful. They found another box and this axle fitted the wheel. They even had the technician put the rest of the barrow together for us. We really appreciated the time and trouble.
