This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Hands down best gym by far! Joy is extremely motivational and determined to get you where you want to be. Joy will continue to raise your limits and challenge you. The facility is so cozy and fun you won’t want to leave. I a matter of two months I’ve lost 30lbs, thanks to Joy!!!? I have been to a handle of gyms and never had an experience like this, definitely recommend!!!!!!!!
