During covid its a relief to know when a non urgent medical need arises on a Sunday, that this walk-in clinic goes above and beyond, to accommodate. From speaking with Doris whom was so kind and caring, calling us back informing us when it was time for us to come in for our appointment, to Doctor Ames gentle approach in dealing with mom. I have been going to this clinic for over 4 years. Since the first time I went for checkup,the doctors have been great listeners and beyond caring. I recommended a few of my friends and they have been very satisfied with the service. I noticed that some of the older reviews quite negative in terms of staff..the staff have changed since the first time I went for checkup and are currently very kind and respectful. Also, waiting times are great! the fastest clinic I have ever been to.highly recomme

I was happy to see the sign for this medical centre as we recently moved into the neighbourhood. I was worried about a long wait time as with over an hour wait at the last walk in clinic we had gone to. To my surprise we saw a doc in less than 10 minutes. The pharmacy is also conveniently located in the same building & I was happy to hear from the owners that they recently opened. At first I was concerned they'd charge more than Wallmart or Shoppers that we have filled our prescriptions at before, but this is a misconception. Not only did the very knowledgeable pharmacist t, he told me about the over the counter products that may not good for him and did not recommend I get it for him. Also they matched my prescription fee from Wallmart & had 5 drugs ready in less than 10 minutes. The only thing I would recommend is that this clinic/pharmacy advertise more as I ran into them by chance & didn't know they were at this location where the Starbucks is (although I understand the pharmacy just opened recently), but I am glad I did, and this is where I will be taking my whole family from now on.
