Dr Bob is an amazing practitioner who gets to the root of the problem. I have had two significant issues where Dr Bob was the only person who was able to determine the root cause. In one case my nerve pitch was corrected in the same unscheduled session. The other was the identification that my issue was beyond chiropractic treatment and it was recommended I see a surgeon.
