The technician offered an excellent service and same day repair. He diagnosed the problem at 2:00 pm, had to go and pick up a new replacement part and was back at 4:30 pm to replace it. Called Bruce for an estimate on a gas line installation and oven range connection. He sent a Technician (Dorel) from a nearby job to evaluate and got back to me promptly. Front Desk (Evelyn) and Dorel go above and beyond. Highly qualified and competent. Any questions that I had on the billing were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Assessed the issue and my pump was not working.
