Friendly owners, great food, awesome store, amazing place! Clean, homey dining room, freshly baked goods, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Don’t be surprised if the owner takes out his guitar and plays a tune or two! I am told that there is even live music jams here a couple times per week. east side marios in pembroke is my favourite place to go, the food is great and the service is fantastic! i am a regular and enjoy that every visit is consistent, fabulous food, service and atmosphere. it is a great place to take your family because you are treated like family! one thing i would ask of east side marios is to please, please bring back the angel hair pasta!

Although Boston Pizza is a big chain, I consider it a unique restaurant for our little town of Pembroke. The staff greet you right away and don't keep you waiting too long. Take-out is always a snap.
The menu is huge and sometimes they get the order wrong. There's really something for everyone here. The Thai Bites are very spicy but tasty. The pasta is really fresh and filling. They go a little onion-happy sometimes so if you don't like onions make sure you tell them.
The automated bathroom is an interesting concept, but with the amount of technology put into it, why do you have to open the door by the handle?

Ate there twice in past week......have not been disappointed.........had veal parm and Greek slouvaki.......excellent service and large portions.....meals came with soup or juice and rice pudding and or jello........very reasonable prices.....one skewer slouvaki was 12.99 and came on a bed of rice, fries and Greek salad.......did not have the soup has it would have been too much.........would highly recommend......going back tomorrow with friends lol.......

I run a fishing tournament in town each year, and this is our breakfast spot. Truth be told, it's really the only place in town that's open at an early hour, but they don't seem to take advantage of that. They act as if they have competition, and it shows with the line-up that greets you. That's really the only down side that we have found, but it speaks volumes about their popularity.

Visited for lunch on Sept.15th 2010.
The atmosphere is very nice in this restaurant, and the service was fast and friendly (thank you Lynn). Our meal choices appeared on our table in a timely manner and the food was delicious. Two thumbs up for Fiddleheads.
If we are ever back in Perth, we will definitely visit this restaurant again.
