The worst company I have ever dealt with. They are not forthcoming at all. Highly disappointed and feel taken advantage of. The WORST I have ever come across.
Got stuck on the Buffalo Pound dam in some heavy deep snow with a trailer attached. Guys got me out and on my way after a difficult tow. Fast arrival , professional and all around good guys ! Will call again . Thanks fellas !
Took 7 hours for the truck to come out and swap the flat tire with a spare. Good thing I wasn't stranded on the side of the road in the rural area as temps were in the -30C range with the windchill. I had to stay a half hour late at work because the driver did not show until the end of my shift. Call was placed around 10:00 a.m. that morning.
If this is what a stranded individual has to look forward to for roadside assistance then I would suggest to cancel the subscription and call a neighbour or friend for help as I'm sure they could get to you quicker than 7 hours.
