Le 28 mai 2019 je suis allée au bureau de Aide Social pour mon changement adresse MAIS il était fermé de midi à 13hrs, oublié du à mon TDAH, il faisait froid, il pleuvait, pas un sous empoche j ai été au fast good le plus proche le Tim Horton à Dorion histoire de me réchauffer et attendre qu il soit 13 heures, le nouveau propriétaire à Dorion ma mis à la porte car je n avait pas fait un achat, il ma humilié devant la clientèle, j ai du contacté Viva Média.
Pas impressionné pas possible d’avoir un sandwich à 20.00pm les plaques déjà nettoyées .Plus de soupe pratiquement plus de choix de beignes.Pourquoi ouvrir 24heures si ce n’est que pour vendre du café
Very unimpressed with the lack of knowledge from the manager regarding the lunch special menu. She was very rude and said that we caused a line up because we asked her to explain how she came up with the wrong price. 4 service employee s and the owner were discussing our situation and at the end they weren't able to help us have what we want. Even the owner didn't care about our satisfaction. Never go there.
Went for 2 coffees and Tim bits yesterday around 4:30 ish. I sensed the attitude as I was placing my order like, I was disturbing her. As I arrived at the window to pay interact the machine was passed over to me, with no " hello" or "good evening" When I was done, I handed over the machine to her and she simply slammed the window closed and walked away?! If I was not in a rush I would I went inside ask to speak with management.
My husband and I were extremely disappointed and will not return.
