Unfortunately we had a very difficult time with Emard. It has been nearly two years since our job, and we are still unable to get things resolved. The individual who was supposed to varnish flooring and stairs no-showed, leaving us saddled with hundreds of dollars of extra costs to change our vacation plans. Management apologized and said they would reimburse us for a small amount but have still not provided anything, despite multiple efforts. Very disappointing service and support.
