Today I called Vet' Cab for a taxi to move a bike to a shop and then go to the doctor. ( which I've done before ) and was told would be about 20 minutes ,, after 30 minutes I called back and was told another 20 mins. After waiting patiently for my taxi 1 hour I called back and was told no taxis were in my area to help me out,,,I asked why they lied to me if no taxis were in my area to take me. which I was told they never lied and hung up, I had to call another company, who was there in 10 mins,
Unprofessional hacks in the dispatch arena.
Booked at 8:54 pm to have a cab for 10:00pm. Got out expecting a cab to be around. Waited a bit and then called to get an ETA. Supervisor of dispatch couldn’t tell me anything, but he did say “I didn’t order the snow, blame god” and then he hung up on me. Guess an hour wasn’t enough time to have a cab available within a reasonable window.
Uber is the way of these chumps are the only option.
Love the self entitled attitude of you can park anywhere you want and when asked to move, you answer with a wave of the hand and no placard
You should be ashamed of yourself
Quick. Sent a text when arrived and asked for my name on the phone. The other place did not, so I had no sense if they were treating my call seriously.
Cutting out the details.. First I asked to be dropped off at a bar and I was let out at some place in a bad area and he left. It was the opposite way of where I asked & the name wasn't even the same. After the bar that night my friend ordered 2 cabs for her and her daughter and when the first cab came he refused to take the 24 yo because she lived too close.(5 min drive) They live in opposite directions but he said he would only take the mom or both. There was nothing pleasant this company.
