I am extremely upset ,my wife and I go to this location all the time and today something happened which was completely ignorant of the manager who was working. The staff forgot a cookie that we ordered and paid for. So I called and they said would replace no problem and she also said would give free coffe( not 100%sure about the coffee) however when I showed up for items ,the manager said she ever said free coffe and made a big deal about it like I was trying to pull a con on them.
In Early November I was in line behind a strange young woman. She stepped out but when asked if she was out she gave me a fierce and hateful look... I continued on to coffee and cookie, when she loudly accused me of stealing her phone from her bags... One of your female staffers called the police... They searched and amzed to find was 84 and a retired prof. The staffer should have: wondered how I did it, questioned those behind me in line; wondered why I did not leave... Please respon d
I must say that the previous post is extremely dramatized, and someones in-aquatic post slanders persons without holding any kind of weight due to free posting on this section. Kaitlin is by far respectful, professional and on her game. I have never had any problem with the service, beverage or food ( and i love my beach bar ) at this starbucks or with Kaitlin.
The overall service at this location is top notch ! The people working here should be very proud of themselves to be able to serve the hundreds a day with the same quality and service as the first person that enters the doors when its open in the morning ! I rate the store and all employees 10/10 thanks for your continued dedication to all downtown persons !
I went in to this starbucks and asked for a Chia tea latte. So Kaitlin decided to muddle this simple request into a complete misunderstanding in which she had the only knowledge of. So I got a latte instead. When we discovered her mistake we brought it back only to be confronted with a very difficult and arrogant person. Kaitlin was determined to be this way until I asked if t he manager was in. Then she offered a replacement. I asked what her name was and she has likely given me another employees name. But going on the name Kaitlin being correct I would recommend something more in line with your persnality.
