Nice Evening

Went on a Monday night with my wife. Her steak was really good and my paella good. You pay for the reputation of the restaurant. Overall a great experience.

Exceptional as always!!

We went to El Meson to celebrate a birthday. As always Jose & his staff excelled. The food, service, ambience was impecable. We have been going to El Meson for over 18 years and will continue to go. El Meson is truly a jewel amongst Ottawa's restaurants and it if you go to one restaurant this is it! Bill

El Meson is always my favorite restaurant. I always go back for my Zarzuela Costa Brava and my favorite dessert in the world ( the Castelos Dourados ). Not only the food brings me back there but also the ambience, José and Maria are great people and that SUPER SERVER Henrique is the best I ever seen in this kind of business, this guys are really good and proud of what they do. Everybody should give this beautiful restaurant a visit and try some of the best wines in the world ( not so cheap) but I tell you... some are like magical possions. Everytime I go there is a great experience and I hope everybody has one like me. This people are expert in making you happy. Enjoy Nanda

El Meson is truly a classy restaurant and a wonderful experience. The food was amazing serving authentic Portuguese and Spanish cuisine from the Iberian Peninsula. Service was charming and hospitality was kind. Thank you!
