I've been using Stan and his team to open and close our pool for many years. He's always prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. I don't have to be home when they arrive to do the work but I always try to be there because there's always some little tidbit of knowledge he shares about pool maintenance. Plus, the whole team is just lovely to be around! It's good to support a small local business. Highly recommend.
The services are excellent and professional. I was glad to have them to install my new pump and filter with a very reasonable price in which I had been saving a lot from other pool companies that I quoted. I would highly recommend them to anyone here.

Can't recommend Stan highly enough! Top notch service from beginning to end. Stan helped find a leak that actually ended up being an issue with my spider valve. He was extremely thorough and kept me in the loop with every step of the process. He genuinely cared that my equipment was running perfectly before he left and pointed out some mistakes that a different leak detection company made previously.
Oh and he came on the Canada day holiday! Also - thanks Dawn for the great service!!
We have been proud customers of Stan's Pools for more than six years. Before that we employed a number of different pool companies and none of them could hold a candle to the kind of service that Stan offers. Just when you think the yard and pool are perfect he finds another detail to improve upon. We recently needed some emergency service done and Stan showed up at the crack of dawn during their busiest time of the year. My wife and I recommend Stan's Pools far and above all others.
Stan came by our home after calling them to find a leak , he found it , the cost was $900 to repair the leak plus $150 for finding the leak . After the job was done he wanted $600 more because all of a sudden I had to pay for the cement and the return eyeball and more time for him for some reason. The next day when we looked at his repair below is what we found and the pool still was losing water , awesome job .
I spoke to Dawn over the phone. What a fantastic lady with so much knowledge! I feel comfortable referring this company to anyone that's looking for a pool guy!
Stans Pools opened our pool recently and we were extremely pleased by how conscientious and thorough they were. When they arrived the back yard was a mess and the water was black. After three hours of hard work the yard was tidy and miraculously the water was clear and the bottom visible. Weve never had a better opening. Book Stan and rest easy.
