Cheap and filling.
This place has a great variety. The General Tao is decent and the lemon chicken is passable. Lots of wontons in the soup. The shrimp with lobster sauce is a great buy. Classical music in the background and an oasis of calm. They will load you up if you're a regular. The beef with black bean sauce is decent. The lunches are the best buy in the hood and it's great to see the kids in there instead of at a fast food place. The veggies can be a bit overdone, but it is a great value meal.
tried the spicy peanut tonight, wasnt so crazy about it, mind you its pretty good, but i prefer the general tao.

Their Spicy Peanut Chicken is too good to be true. But you better believe it TRUE. Because if it wasn't, i wouldn't be writing this review and ranting 'n' raving 'bout the peanut chicken's goodness/spicyness/tastiness etc. Anyhow, Try it out for yourself and get prepared to visit this restaurant everytime you have $5 to spend on a satisfying and fulfilling, not to mention TASTY peanut chicken lunch!
