Horrible, felt judged. They charged me $45 on a social assistance (embarrassing)cheque that was only $150 to pay back a bit that I owed them. Did some research and Im pretty sure they cant do that to an OW cheque, especially one thats so little. Staff were rude, asking embarrassing and unnecessary questions. Made me feel like a criminal with my 9 month old son. I needed that money. Im living in a shelter. Would not recommend TO ANYONE
