Don’t know much about cars , they took advantage of me.
Told the manager my car was making a loud noise . They took it for test drive told me I needed 3 things to get it back on the road . Which were 6 Spark Plugs , Ignition Coil , Catalytic Converter. Expensive bill .
I leave , hearing I still have my loud noise . Went to another shop finding out I just needed a Wheel Bearing .
Will never go back to OK Tire again .
Had my tires changed out last month as soon as snow started to fly by Ok Tire. Making my way to work before the sun came up, and all of a sudden the driver side tire starts knocking and vibrating. Ok tire is on the way, planned to drop it. Except, front driver side tire flew off into incoming traffic going 50km. Shawn the manager was rude from the initial call when I informed him I was on the way; avoiding accountability with every breath. DANGER
On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
I shopped around a bit.
Ok tire had the best price and stored my winter tires for me. They also took me into the shop to see what was being done to my car and let me talk to the mechanic.
