Shelves are always stocked- the staff are friendly- pharmacy staff are cheerful and helpful. There is only one problem - the cashier is often not available - management insists on only one cashier as they want the express machines to be used. Not convenient when I only want a lottery ticket.
As a senior citizen who has been in the retail business, I found the people at the pharmacy to be very rude and hostile. I will NOT be back to the Perth Ontario location ever. Courteous, kind, understanding, those are qualities they do NOT possess. I overheard the man state a person's name and birth date while waiting for my prescription. Then I was told it was not covered by my drug plan. She glared at me as I told her I need it regardless, I will gladly pay for it, just get it. Terrible
