Perhaps more sales training for your staff. It would have been nice to be acknowledged when I walk in to your store. Staff was busy at the cash with some idle chat on evening plans and events. Sales person was not very interested it the product that I was looking for. Salesperson had more of take it or leave it approach. Received a call 3 hours later to informed me that the blind I ordered was not available. This was a total waisted trip and my time. I was very dis-appointed.
