Last fall we asked for the branches from our Poplar trees that were hanging over our neighbours garage to be removed. They left branches and claimed it was to balance out the tree. They then said they’d come and remove the branches later in the fall but never did. Those branches fell on my neighbours garage this winter.
Ott’s tree service then lied in their reply to my Google review.
