I went through the drive thru at 12407 County Road 2 in Morrisburg Ontario this evening and ordered a large vanilla chai latte. Forty five minutes later I started sipping it and realized it was not a tea latte, but a vanilla cofe latte. I then drove back to the drive thru and was very polite and explained that I was given the wrong drink and politely asked if I may exchange my drink for a chai latte. The worker remembered me and then acted really defensive and told me in a confrontational voice
My only dissatisfaction would be the occasional unavailability of spicy ? Thai soup at this location. It’s hit & miss whether or not it is available on any specific day. Staff say that “it is not up to us” to order more. The staff say that it is “not always delivered to this location”. The strange thing about all of this though, is that it is displayed on the sign overhead in store as being available.
I don’t often get out of the house so I am very disappointed when i do & it is unavailable!
