I had my sunroof randomly shatter on me. I called the dealership who had no idea what to do or how long the parts would come in. One guy said over a week. I found dixie auto glass and they took care of it. Very friendly and hard working and went over and above. Would 100% recommend
Our Drivers side window track brackets broke while we were in Niagara Falls NY on a Sunday and we had to drive home to Peterborough. We could find no one between Niagara and Mississauga open. Finally found Dixie Auto Glass, they took us on a Sunday with no Appointment and did an excellent job. Was a good price and was done in about 40 minutes. We would recommend to everyone! Great location on Dixie, saved me time. I got a great price on the phone and an appointment the next morning on the weekend. Took about 40-50 min or so to replace the windshield of my Ford Fusion 2012 and it works just the same (it has sensors) as the original although the windshield that was installed.
I paid $190 for the work and made sure it came with warranty, those guys in business for many years, I work nearby and see their shop on my way.
I recommend getting a quote from them!
I called Dixie autoglass Mississauga on a recommendation of my friend who owns a shop beside them. My car was at a shop so asked that they go there to replace the windshield.
They came the next morning on time (10am-12pm), took 30-45 minutes, $200+tax. Those guys worked fast and clean, they looked like they know what they are doing.
I would recommend them to my friends for sure.
I got my GM sierra 1500 2010 windshield replaced and at that same opportunity seeing how detailed the technician was I also gave him to repair my sunroof.
Googled a number of auto glass shops and called for quotes mostly told to come in and no real $$$ amount other than one shop that quoted me over $500 and one told me $250 but would not be specific as to what glass, availability or anything to do with his business.
The Dixie shop provided me the quote on a call and it was below $200.
Same as I said in person I think you guys run an amazing shop in Mississauga. Your work is very professional and clean and it is done right in front of the client - very impressive.
Prices cannot be matched, seriously, doing the research for windshield replacement you get so many shops and all sort of individuals but for most the prices range over $400- $500 for the replacement unlike your $177 range.
The lifetime warranty is the true reason I trust your work.
Buyer beware....there is NO warranty. They promote a lifetime warranty on workmanship but it is not true. After 9 months my SUV windshield had to be replaced along with the fuse harness and fuses - consequential damages from corrosion $1,500.
INSTALLATION WAS DONE INCORRECTLY....Tony would not come see the vehicle at dealership nor would he acknowledge the damages or warranty.
Be careful....you think you have a good job but over time you don't.
