I am very dis appointed to come here today with my friends. We are standing so long to wait for someone to acknowledge us and get our order. The gentleman who took our order (supervisor-Mark, says in the name tag) keeps us asking us our order while we are basically just ordering a meal each of us. How this company employed such staff doesn't even know how to interact with customer. And he charge us regular in our pastries while you have this promotion. He keeps saying sorry sorry.
