It is a great pleasure to refer this Mercedes Dealer as being one of the most pleasant experience I had in my life when it comes to repairing my car (2009 Mercedes C300) to a garage. Pros: I can enumerate such things as great courtesy on behalf of Service Advisers, a lot of accommodations during waiting period into customer's lounge (free internet, snacks, coffee, magazines). As well, another strong point would be the prices for service. In 'Mercedes' terms are very reasonable. I have to mention that the Service Advisor didn't try to make any up sale or un-necessary repair. Another strong point will be availability: they offered me as available date for service the very next day. If you would have need a courtesy car, Mercedes Kitchener would have one for you available at $10/day (there is no misprint). Waiting time was decent so no complains here either. Cons: I cannot give you cons so definitely, when it comes to servicing my Mercedes, I will disregard the distance Burlington to Kitchener and I will use Mercedes Kitchener as my favourite place for repairs and maintenance. Totally recommended.
