This builder will not respond to email or phone calls, only after sending multiple messages they will respond with a vague response. When we bought a home from Jeffery, we were told that the after purchase customer service was amazing.....dead wrong. If you’re thinking of buying from Jeffery, consider other options. This builders reputation of building quality houses has come and gone! Don’t be fooled by the smiles at the show home....once they have your money, you don’t matter anymore

Amazing builder, honest and caring!

Last year my wife and I started looking for a builder to help us build our dream home, and I honestly believe that God put Scott Jeffery in our path. We know now that the project wouldn’t had been possible without him and we now live in a home worth of a magazine, all thanks to Scott. Scott led us through the entire process while providing his advice patiently, I can certainly say that he is an amazing builder and most importantly: he is a very honest person. We widely recommend him.

This builder is terrible. As soon as they have your money you are nothing. Will not fix warranty issues and blame the home owner when it is clearly their poor craftsmanship. If you bring any issue to their attention they tell you to go through your home insurance. Do not buy from this builder or you will regret it! If my family goes to the local park and speak with our neighbors they are all so unhappy with the quality and poor customer service. I am reporting my issues to terrion.
