Seaway Valley Meat Cutting Institute

I was recently a student at the meat cutting school , Claude was a excellent teacher. I learned so much from the school. I am perusing my career in becoming a butcher all thanks to Claude!

It was an amazing experience, I definitely recommend this school if you are thinking of becoming a meat cutter or even for your own knowledge, thanks for sharing your passion Claude. ?

I took this course as an apprentice butcher, and I couldnt be happier! Great teacher, Claude, great experience, and an amazing curriculum to learn everything you need to know. Weather you want to become a butcher or just learn how to process your own meat, hunters and shoppers alike! I strongly reccomend this course.

I had a great experience there. I learned a lot from the bookwork and breaking down several animals a day, its a very busy place. I acquired skills and knowledge that are very useful for me to move forward with my career. Claude is a nice guy and doesnt want anyone to fail his course, he is there to help The only negative thing I have to say is that some guys in my course lacked respect for the teacher and other students. If youre not there to better yourself, dont bother going at all.

My experience at the meat cutting Institute was best experience i have ever had the teacher is very nice an if u need help or didnt know if the cut was rigth he would always come an show u in nice maner so you would be able do it rigth the next time. He would also show u lots of different tricks to get the job done in the meat department. If any one is interested in meat cut this is the class to take you will learn lots an the teacher is comical as well.
