I waited for ANYONE to answer the phone (chose RECEPTIONIST) for over 45 minutes with the same message recommending I leave a message EVERY 22 SECONDS.
PATHETIC is the correct word
FLYERS from this company are being thrown from a car into the snow and rain in peoples driveways. People are so frustrated that they are now just leaving the litter where it is and driving over it. THEN it gets snowplowed onto the streets and lawns

I have been trying to order the paper daily for my Mother for Mothers day. I have attempted to call X5 and each time 30 minutes waiting and no one ever answers the call!! Seriously if this were supper hour they would be calling and annoying me to subscribe. Tryed to put no stars and cant only reason they got 1!
The customer service was the worst I have ever had. Problems with my home delivery. I made 3 calls waiting on hold each time for over 30 min. Each time i was told they would get back to me and never did . The third time i was told something different from the last time and basically to bad this is the way it is . I can understand now why home delivery is almost gone ,this is still a very poor way to deal with your customers
Their service is pathetic. On hold with rotating (same thing over and over every 15 seconds) recording. Called twice to arrange service - screwed it up both times. Worst customer service!!!!
