The rooms are too small, the tress on and around the property are pine-Beetle, termite-infested, the soil is eroding and today we had snowfall and 5 trees on the property fell over, nearly missing the neighbors home. The Caretaker here is lazy and useless, the tenants all want him replaced because nothing gets done around here yet they expect rent to be on time, right?? We saw a neighbors cat and told him and said; hes too busy to do anything about it. This guy seriously needs to get fired.
in regards to this company, their staff seems to be on top of all problems where I live and if they continue to root all the problems in this building they have my vote.
