    I was suppose to receive a package Friday, October 2 by 8pm. They had the whole day to deliver. There was also someone home. They did not deliver my package and when I checked to see what was going on on Amazon. It said they were unable to gain access to the front door. I guess this company promotes laziness and a lack of thinking. The package was a book... leave it in the mail box... :/

    Twice Dynamex was supposed to deliver my Amazon package by a certain time/date. First time they were three days late and did not attempt delivery at all. Today, waiting yet again did not leave home, did not even move from the front window. Get a message saying courier could not deliver package/could not gain access to door. I WAS SITTING IN ALL DAY AND NO DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED. They are liars, untrustworthy and lazy. I do not know why the hell Amazon keeps using this company in Winnipeg.

    Seriously? I received a message from amazon that my package has already been delivered today.sep.13 2:48pm and when i went outside there is no package there no one even called me to let me know or buzzed in i live in an apartment. No pictures too. I went to my mailbox to check and nothing. No package arrived.

    Went out of my way to contact amazon and ask they never use Dynamex for my orders. I have had issues with them several times, saying delivery was attempted when it in fact was not at all. My last order was sent back to Amazon because of “failed delivery” as they do not offer any sort of pick up option. Customer service is extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and could not care less.

    Horrible! Never get my package, then I get a notification from Amazon that they couldnt get into the building or that business was closed??? I live in an apartment building. Noone buzzes. Todays package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, so it is already a day late, now I have to wait until tomorrow! HOrrible! I hope people are putting in complaints. These drivers need to be fired and replaced with people that will do their jobs.There are plenty of people looking for work.
