Terrible place to shop ,, we paid extra for warranty because they told us we will get the warranty money back if we don’t use it for 3 years, went back after 3 years to get our warranty money back they told us it is a store credit and only on furniture only if we pick something double the warranty money worth then they take that amount off the price… rip off ,, I’m not going back and I don’t recommend

My mom came in to the Langley store last week as she purchased a mattress there a year ago and we suffered a horrible flood and lost our home and its currently being restored, insurance is replacing the mattress so she came in to get help with her old receipt and the price of what the closest replacement model would be. Some asshole just kept telling her she had to buy something? She clearly asked for a receipt for a purchase she already made and what the replacement model would be so INSURANCE
Save yourself the headache and DO NOT order from the Brick. We ordered an outdoor sectional. It arrived damaged. We waited for a 2nd delivery for a replacement, it too was damaged. We went to the store 3 more times and wen't through 5 chairs total until we finally got one in new condition. No call back from Management, no call back from head office, no response to my emails. Worst customer service I have ever experienced!
