they lie about their warranty, and are rude and unhelpful once they have your money.

old saying, you get what you pay for, and in this case you will get product and promises that dont meet up to what they promised. They wont return your calls, emails, and will not honour the damaged products

RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!!! Did the most HORRIFIC job of installing my kitchen backsplash. DAMAGED my patio furniture while cutting tile on my deck, got grout all over my brand new quartz countertops that my husband and I had to scrape off. Grout is messy and UNEVEN all over. Grout was left all on the surface of the tiles. PLACED TILES FACING THE WRONG WAY WITH UNFINISHED EDGES LINED UP AGAINST FINISHED EDGES. Pretty sure tiling 101 teaches you not to do that!
