24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.
Living here for over a year, was skeptical at first but the new management has done a fantastic job with this place. I love how they renovated all the hallways last year and implemented better measures in place to rent to quality tenants and got rid of troublesome ones last year in masses. If this keeps up, this will definitely be one of the best buildings to rent in the southwest sector, given how the prices are very reasonable. Very pleased with actions taken.
Dirty place to live...elevators break down daily...garbage always backed up into hallways...alot of crime due to lowincome families loving in area..terrible place..
1) Traffic noise. Can't keep the windows open to get fresh air because of loud traffic noise from the 23rd ave/Gateway Boulevard - morning, day, evening, night. Gets unbearable.
2) Dirty carpets. The carpet in my suite had stains when I moved in. Well, so it is in many places, I thought. Naturally, I assumed that Boardwalk steam cleaned the carpets after the previous tenant moved out. Wrong. Encrusted residue in the stains absorbs moisture and gets sticky to your feet. Disgusting.
