Aug 1st 10pm Ordered coffee and snacks for our crew renovating our building through Skip the Dishes they were great but the order - delivered 50 mins coffee cold and missing enough cups,sugar and NO cream at all food was also cold we paid for snacks and only 3pks arrived not 4. I tried calling to let them know but the woman on the phone insisted they sent everything and could not help I took photos and was willing to send them to her she said she was busy and hung up. definitely not impressed.
Meena in the drive thru is the only competent employee they have. The other ones can't even get a simple order ready properly. Management is clearly the issue as they are worse than the rest if the staff for screwing up orders.
