Kingsway location doesn’t deserve 1 star. My mom purchased an expensive pair of frames with warranty. She was experiencing headaches, dizziness and went back to Kingsway location they did absolutely nothing for her. We had to go to another location at Westmount to find out the prescription is wrong. Thank you to the Westmount staff for catching this and fixing the issue. As for the Kingsway location I suggest you should attend to your customers concerns before turning them away on your mistake.
