I was stranded at Home Depot when my motorcycle decided not to start. I could see the clouds coming in and heard the thunder in the distance. I was even more worried when it began to snow. Chris from Kingsway towing came to my aid quickly and was very professional. He had my bike in the trailer without a scratch, and was very thorough not to scratch or break anything. Thanks Chris!
The day I moved to Edmonton I locked my keys in my car. The lady on the phone was helpful, friendly and tried to cheer me up a little. When Rachel arrived she was extremely helpful and so nice! Arrived faster then was expected even though she was suppose to be done for the day! Would highly recommend for such caring service.
unprofessional stay away. While in the office to get my vehicle back I was asked to pay before even being given the bill. Following this as I was reading the pages STAPLED to the bill they were RIPPED out of my hands and I was told "your not allowed to read those"! (Might anybody with common sense reads a document before signing. The lady at the desk was downright rude, immature and sarcastic. These employees need to be taught proper document handling and customer service.
My GM vehicle broke down in -26 C weather. Called GM roadside assistance who have a contract with Kingsway Towing. Was told they would take up to two hours to respond. Waited and waited and waited and waited, but they NEVER showed up. Called their dispatch line and they said they had no record of the request, even though I confirmed it with GM. Then was told it would be another two hours before they could respond. Found another solution and needless to say I would push my vehicle to the garage through the snow by hand before I would ever hire this company. Will also be encouraging GM to deal with a more competent towing contractor.
