Curtis is rude and does not care about homeowners. Neighbours are ringing our doorbell and disrupting our work and sleep repeatedly however, he says that is not an emergency even after they were notified 5 days previously.
Condos are governed by the Condo Act and each complex has a set of bylaws. Sadly this company knows neither. I attended a friend's AGM a few weeks ago, firstly, this company doesn't know how to run a meeting. They tried to have a lawyer chair but another owner's lawyer corrected this breach and president had to chair. It's like they are running a meeting their first time. The whole meeting was spent slandering two owners, nothing else. These companies need to be regulated badly.
I am shocked and disappointed in many of the reviews posted for CS Management.
I have been part of a Board of Directors for almost all of the 15 years I have owned and lived in my condo. Over these years I have worked with three other property management companies and would like to state that Manuela and CS Management are by far the best. If you own a condo and are responsible, abide by the by-laws, respectful of your community, and what a dependable property management company; call them!
