Loose leaf is Shelley Fink’s cup of tea. “We have close to 200 kinds of loose leaf teas and a variety of different blends,” says Shelley, the owner of TotaliTea. “Our mission is simple: to provide the best products and service to our customers at the lowest prices possible. We take great pride in our company, our commitment to customer service and in the products we sell.”
Located inside the Calgary Farmers’ Market, TotaliTea is a welcoming spot with an intimate, friendly vibe. “We’re here to help you find your perfect tea,” says Shelley. The tea boutique caters to many longtime customers who have been buying their tea here for years and, as information about tea and its benefits becomes more available, a new crowd of tea sippers have emerged.
“The customer is not limited to the same choices they may find in a big box store,” Shelley says. TotaliTea has many variations of black, white, green, oolong, rooibos and pu-erh loose leaf tea, as well as many blends. “If we don’t have it, we will find it. If you want a custom blend, we will blend it for you,” Shelley adds.
