TD insists you have a credit card on file. No credit card on file, no access to your information, historical or current, on-line. If you have, for example, home and auto, each are paid separately and allow the home policy to lapse, they still want payment for the lapsed home policy before you can get access to the Auto policy info on-line. DO NOT GO PAPERLESS. Also, if you terminate, they still have an opportunity to bill your credit card, on file. I'm shopping after 20 years.
