I have bought three vehicles from them...always a problem but they will always fix. This time...the tires were not in good shape but rams assured me they were good. Picked up truck and had tire pressure issue...rams "repaired" them...on highway back home the tire went nearly flat. Rams repaired again. Had the truck 2 months and still had pressure issue...took to ok tore at home...apparently tire had 6 to ten previous repairs...asked to use spare...it had previous tire repairs too and a nail.
This place is a joke, I went in to trade my car in, they told me they were giving me $10000 for in on paper and my loan was only for my new vehicle. Little did I know they didn't so I'm paying doubt for my new vehicle. Also my new vehicle has no brake pads left on the from of it, I already have a spare tire in 2 days after purchase, the tires have 10% tread left and non of this is going to be fix or replaced by them because its no a safety issue. Yet my tires can blow any second! The a/c doesn't work either!! These people took advantage of a 20 year old girl!!!!!! Don't go here!!!
