Just purchased the new couch for the home basement! It is amazing the leather is soft and the design is really cool! They will have it delivered the day we get our house so we have a place to sit and relax after everything is done. So far they seem pretty cool to deal with! Nice experience!
We have recently purchased three pieces from Revolve, three leather armchairs and a lamp. We love the pieces but did not enjoy the customer service. The sales person clearly worked on comission and did not leave us alone for a moment to discuss on our own. Also the Revolve has two shops. We went into the adjoining shop, and as we wandered around we were asked to leave because the sales person manning on the store had to leave and they couldn't leave us alone in the adjoining store. We thought this was odd and thought that this could have been handled better. Also some pieces are great deals, and some are ridiculously overpriced, so you need to really shop around. The one at Cross Iron Mills has less selection but better customer service.
