Wouldn’t even let me finish talking before shaking her head as to why she couldn’t help me with a fitting. Nothing like feeling humiliated instead of waiting for me to finish talking and then providing some advice based on my situation. I highly do not recommend if you want to support local find somewhere else where people have customer service or even people skills.
I would choose zero stars but that’s not an option.
I have browsed Tiffany's looking at $80 000 rings in their salon, had amazing customer care at all kinds of stores from Wal-Mart to Nordstrom or even shopping the magnificent mile of designer boutiques in Chicago....although have not before my experience at Knickers 'N Lace understood what disrespectful and dismissive rude customer service actually and truly was. Went into the shop as it has been around for decades and has been known to carry a wide selection and be known for their fittings.
There in Feb2011--sales girl started out enthusiastic, then rapidly lost interest. Had to go on to sales floor twice to find her--she had no other customers. Gave me 3 items, said I had to choose between them, and basically left. When I expressed interest in one--she said "Well, if that is the way you like to wear it!". I was buying a bra in the $180 range. Expected a little more attention and less attitude. Won't make the mistake of shopping here again, and will let others know.
