I had asked for a receipt for my taxes to the person who took payment he said to ask at the next window. I asked at the next window who then got the manager over after 5 mins of waiting for a receipt they printed me a list of what I ordered with no prices or payment and said that’s all they could give me. How can you not provide receipts to your customers upon request?
The worst experience I ordered from the drive through and when I got to the first window she repeats my order I said that it was wrong, I told her what I ordered she said ok, I got to the next window it was the wrong order one of the crew accused me of changing the order, I said off course because it wasn’t the right order the manager didn’t apologize but gave an attitude instead nice.
Well I wrote two reviews on Edmonton trail last week about being so could, so I switched to Yankee Store. Sad to say but this store is exactly the same way. I thought maybe it was a heating problem, and I was right, the owner doesn't want to take his hands out of his pocket to make his employees and customer comfortable. It's a sad situation when you own three stores, and two of them are like eating at the Ice Hotel. Once again the staff are great, guess my next stop will be A&W, see how they look after the people the pay the bills.
