I LOVE tacos, so I stop in Barrie for them as often as I can. Our last visit was especially pleasant: Not only one of my favourite foods, but GREAT customer service as well, Thanks to Gagan and her team.. The woman, (Gagan), who served us went to great lengths to ensure that we were shown a map and understood it, after we asked for directions, even though she is not a driver herself. Not only the best breakfast in the area, but the best value. (Especially if you are a senior.) 2 good sized eggs, 4 strips of bacon, texas toast and home-fires not frozen cubes. I get a side of hot peppers and coffee. For two of us .... just over $11.00 with tax!! (If you aren't a senior it would come to around $12.50) Never had a problem with any of the waitresses. Food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is the usual R&R diner that plays a good selection of 50's & '60's music. You can go a few blocks away and pay $16 for a lot less! The last time, I had a hamburger platter and it was awesome. They put some kind of spice in the burger meat, but it made the burger. Very nice.
