Based on other online reviews, the Pantheon is arguably the best Greek restaurant in Greek Town, Toronto. We made reservations ahead of time, had the much reviewed and loved Saganaki, which they light up at your table and the chicken souvlaki; the large and small portions. The chicken was ridiculously good, the potatoes were incredible and the rice was fantastic. With two greek beers and a red wine, our bill totaled $65. It was a good experience, we will return again. I lived in Greece for 4 years and good gyro is what i really missed from the food. Once i moved to Canada everyone had their idea and place for a good Gyro...to be honest none came even close....Gyros Place in Mississauga on Matheson BLVD though is amazing....I can only say OMG so good...Had chicken gyro and pork one and both were 90% authentic which is in my book practical the same! This restaurant definitely made my list of ones to freekvently visit :) Read more
