I got a pair of pants hemmed. A pleasant and warm experience with the clerk, she asked me if I'd like to go ahead despite how thread used might not exactly match in colour. It was Wednesday, the item would be ready by Monday. So I returned then; after a brief question received my hemmed pants; and checked them over for quality *before* leaving the shop as directed by a sign on the wall. The thread was a very nearly identical shade of gold - no problem! This job cost $17.85. Very satisfied. :) Read more
