I called 7 lumber yards to get a quote for a small project. Dunbar Lumbers price was 30% less then the next lowest one. Obviously I went with them. I did my order over the phone and e-mail and it was delivered to my door the next day. When it was discovered that an error had been made in my order they immediately accepted that, no hassle. The replacement pieces were delivered within an hour at no extra charge. Will I shop with them again? Duh. Probably won't even call around next time.

I discovered that vinyl blinds in my home were constructed in this store in 1997 (before my ownership of my home). In need of a replacement blind and an adjustment to an existing blind, I was pleased to find a solution for this renovation project at this store. The location is good and I can usually find parking in front. The staff are very helpful. As well, they have so much stuff squeezed into this store ... the kind of stuff you need to keep a house running well and in good shape. I don’t think I have ever left the store without the item I was looking for. And I almost always leave with something I wasn’t planning to buy. ?
